The members of our United States congressional delegation for Washington State listened, were convinced, and together wrote, signed, and sent a letter to all other 49 State Governors, their Attorney Generals, and to their Insurance Commissioners , asking them to consider initiating a law like we have in the State of Washington that mandates that each law enforcement agency have an officer-involved domestic violence policy.
